The room had nice air conditioning and a huge bathroom with a shower. The flat-screen TV was a plus, and I appreciated the private bathroom. The breakfast was great, plenty of options. The fitness center was a nice touch too. Location was central, making it easy to explore the area.

Great location, comfy vibes

Super convenient spot near the French Quarter and Garden District. The bed was really comfy, and the walk-in shower was a hit with my mom. Breakfast was decent, too. Only bummer was the cleanliness; the common areas could use a bit more attention, especially the men’s restroom. Not cool to see mouse while munching!

The double room was recently renovated on upper floors. I've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was fresh with oatmeal and biscuits, for example: )

The location close to the French Quarter was fantastic, and the food selection was amazing.

Excellent water pressure.

The walls werent thick enough to block out other guest noise. But not so load to keep me from staying there again. I enjoyed the stay.

- friendly and very helpful staff - staff came outside for showing trolley stop - room size was enough - free Wi-Fi - good location if have to stay overnight between Amtrak trains (10 mins walk from station), and trolley available for downtown.

This place has a fantastic and convenient location with nearby parking, just 15 km from the airport.

Delicious breakfast with a wide array of outstanding food. Marvellous and lovely location in good area, not far from Bourbon Street in the evening, Carrollton far Uptown and the world war II Museum. Easy walk to Lee Circle Statue.

A little small bathroom.

I found the hotel to be very friendly anda great location also. However while staying there I became very ill and had to be taken to a hospital there in New Orleans . The staff from my standpoint was very professional and handle whar was a lfethreartening situation. I cannot express my heart felt thanks to all of the management and especially Julian Humbles, what an outstanding employee.

The breakfast here is freshly made and feels like a 3-star experience.

The staff is incredibly helpful, and the rooms are of high standard and newly renovated. the location is perfect, close to canal and Bourbon Street, as well as the Arts - Warehouse district. I always enjoy staying here when in New Orleans.

little to far from burbon st.8-10 block walk BUT the neighborhoods we walked thru were clean and friendly residential
